Refund Policy / Cancellation Policy

Mr Rose Florescence reserves the right to refuse refund or cancellation requests that do not comply with the terms outlined in this policy. All decisions regarding refunds and cancellations are made at the sole discretion of the business after proper review and verification. By placing an order with Mr Rose Florescence, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions stated in this policy. These policies are subject to change without prior notice.

At Mr Rose Florescence, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality floral arrangements exactly as ordered. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, refunds are strictly limited to cases where a wrong item has been delivered. A wrong order refers to a product that is significantly different from the confirmed order in terms of arrangement, size, or item selection. If you believe you have received the wrong order, you must notify us within two (2) hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of the received item. The product must remain unused and in its original condition for verification purposes. Once the claim has been reviewed and approved, we will either arrange a replacement delivery at no additional cost or issue a full refund to the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note that minor variations in flower type, wrapping, or packaging may occur due to seasonal availability and sourcing conditions, and such variations do not qualify for refunds. Claims submitted without photo evidence or beyond the stated timeframe will not be eligible for review.

If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us directly via phone call to request cancellation. Cancellation requests made through messages, emails, or social media platforms will not be considered valid. Orders must be cancelled at least six (6) hours prior to the scheduled delivery time. Same-day delivery orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has begun. If a cancellation request is approved within the permitted timeframe, any eligible refund will be processed within five (5) to ten (10) business days. Once an order has been dispatched for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.
